Noordwes (Engels: North West, Tswana: Bokone-Bophirima) is een van die nege provinsies van Suid-Afrika. Die hoofstad is Mahikeng (heet tot onlangs Mafikeng en nog algemeen gebruik). Noordwes is in 1994 gevorm deur die samevoeging van die ou Wes-Transvaal en die "tuisland" Bophuthatswana (uitgesluit die deel wat in die Vrystaat geleë was) en 'n noordoostelike deel van die ou Kaapprovinsie.
Die provinsiale hoofstad Mahikeng vorm 'n eenheid met Mmabatho, wat voorheen die hoofstad van Bophuthatswana was.
Ander belangrike plekke in Noordwes is onder meer Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Brits, Rustenburg, Lichtenburg en Vryburg
